  • TournamentBoard LLC (“TB” or “TournamentBoard”) was developed to provide a pioneering new medium for athletes and users interested in organizing, connecting, promoting, and participating in sports events and programs. TB provides opportunities to promote and search for a variety of events, such as tournaments, leagues and fitness events in their community and across the nation (“Activities”). It’s also a place for like-minded people to interact and engage in discussions around sports, games, or other recreational activities. Our registered users share their identities and engage with their network. Content on some of our services is also visible to unregistered viewers. We believe that our services allow our Users to efficiently identify Activities of interests.

Information that we collect

  • We collect different kinds of information that is shared by and about you. To create an account on TB, you must provide us with your name, address, email address and/or mobile number, and a password and agree to our Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy, which governs how we treat your information. You understand that, by creating an account, we and others will be able to identify you by your TB profile.

    Profile Information

    We collect information when you fill out a profile. A complete TB profile that includes details, for example, sports, fitness preferences, games, or other fitness activities. These details helps users to be found by other people for collaboration. Any photos or videos uploaded shall be viewable by other Users within your community or circle. However, TB will not use any of these photos for any purpose.

    Customer Service

    We collect security information when you contact us for customer support. When you contact our customer support services we may collect the information we need to categorize your question, respond to it, and, if applicable, investigate any breach of our Terms of Use or this Privacy Policy. We also use this information to track potential problems and trends and customize our support responses to better serve you. We do not use this information for advertising.


    We collect information when you use (whether as a Member or a Visitor) our site. For instance, we collect information when you view or click on ads on and off our site, or perform a search. Additionally, we log information about devices used to access our site, including your IP address.


    We may use cookies in order to customize this site and save credentials for return users. These cookies are not required for site functionality.

    Google Analytics

    We use a tool called “Google Analytics” to collect information about use of this site.     TB self manages all advertisements and uses the information provided and collected to improve our advertising and measurement systems, so we can show you relevant ads and measure the effectiveness and reach of the ads.

    Types of advertisements may include: banner, semantic, affiliate, social networking, and mobile.

How TB shares information

  • Users use TB to retrieve information and share it with others. When you share and communicate using TB, you choose the audience who can see what you share. For example, when you post on TB, you select the audience for communication, such as a customized groups, circles, or communities.

    Public Information

    Something that’s public can be seen by anyone. That includes people who aren’t in your community or circle, people off of TB, and people who use other sites on the Internet. Public information is available to anyone on or off TB and can be seen or accessed through online search engines, APIs, and offline media, such as on television.

    Sharing With Third-Party Partners and Advertisers

    We may share the following information: Advertising, Measurement and Analytics Services.

    We want our advertising to be as relevant and interesting as the other information you find on our Services. With this in mind, we use all of the information we have about you to show you relevant ads.     • We encrypt passwords and many of our services and using SSL;
    • We restrict access to personal information to TB employees or contractors who need to know that information in order to process it for us and who are subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations.

    Please know that the Internet is not a secure environment. As such, TB requires that passwords shall include at least 6 characters in length; however, we strongly urge users to be careful and select strong passwords.

    Since the Internet is not a secure environment, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information that you transmit to TB. There is no guarantee that information may not be accessed, disclosed, or altered, by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards. It is your responsibility to protect the security of your login information. We strongly advise you not to communicate any confidential information on TB.

    Offensive community behavior

    TB reserves the right to delete accounts of Users it deems having engaged in offensive or other non-community behavior, and in violation of the Privacy Policy, TB Rules, or Terms of Use (collectively “policies”). Users of TB may report or block users in violation of the policies via TB admin portal.

How to manage or delete information?

  • You can manage the content and information you share when you use TB through TB’s admin portal.

    We store data for as long as it is necessary to provide information and services to users, including those described above. Information associated with your account will be kept until your account is deleted.

    You can delete your account any time. When you delete your account, we delete things you have posted, such as your photos or videos. Keep in mind that information that others may have shared about you is not part of your account and will not be deleted when you delete your account.

  • Disputes

    The laws of the State of Texas, U.S.A., excluding its conflict of laws rules, shall exclusively govern any dispute relating to the Terms of Use and/or the Services. Claims can only be litigated in the federal or state courts of Harris County, Texas, USA, and personal jurisdiction in those courts.

    Minimum Age

    You have to be at least 13 years of age to meet TB’s minimum age requirements to create an account.

    Safe Harbor and Copyright Policy

    The Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the “DMCA”) provides recourse for copyright owners who believe that material appearing on the internet infringes their rights under U.S. copyright law. If you believe in good faith that materials hosted by TB, LLC, infringe your copyright (for example, materials posted by TB), you (or your agent) may send us a notice requesting that the material be removed, or access to it blocked.
